SEMIFINALS
5:15AM—Band Room Opens
5:30AM—Arrive/Bag Check—FISHER/BUSH
6:00AM—Load/Visual Run-Through
6:45AM—Depart for Christian Academy of L’ville (QUIET TIME last 10 min.)
9:00AM(10:00 EST)—Arrive at CAofL…Unload/Prep Pit/Eat something Light
10:30AM(11:30 EST)—Dress
11:30AM(12:30 EST)—Warm-up (A)
12:30PM(1:30 EST)—Performance
1:00PM(2:00 EST)—Load Winds/Battery/Pit Covers...THEN CHANGE QUICKLY!!!
1:45PM(2:45 EST)—Depart for Golden Corral for STATE MEAL
2:45PM(3:45 EST)—Announcement of Finalists
3:00PM(4:00 EST)—THE PHONE CALL!!! (In a weird movie voice…dun, dun, dun)

FINALS
6:00PM (7:00PM EST) is the first performance slot for Class AA
Our schedule will be set based on the outcome of Semis and the draw for Order of Performance.
11:00PM (12:00AM EST)—Depart for GHS—When we arrive, we will unload equipment, clean bandroom, watch video, and THEN you will be dismissed. Check out with Section Leaders before you leave. Section Leaders check out with Mr. Bonds before you leave.
2:00AM—Approx. Dismissal Time

DIRECTIONS FOR ALL ROUTES POSSIBLE ARE ATTACHED…

It’s going to be a very strenuous week of rehearsal. Prepare yourselves to be pushed very hard! Score goal for the week is 86!

White Band T-Shirts should be worn during the STATE MEAL!
