12:30PM—Meet at Band Room & Go Through Music
1:15PM—Change into Uniform
1:50PM—Load Bus & Depart for Sav-A-Lot
2:30PM—Highland Games Parade Begins
3:00PM—Load Bus / Return to GHS / Change out of uniform
3:30PM—Dismissed
SATURDAY, MAY 30th BREAKFAST—BRASS ENSEMBLE
6:30AM—Band Room Opens / Uniforms
7:00AM—Depart for Barren River State Park
7:45AM—Play Anthems
9:00AM—Free Time (Shop, Exhibits, etc…)
OPENING CEREMONIES—FULL ENSEMBLE
10:30AM—Meet at Band Room / Uniforms
11:00AM—Depart for Barren River State Park
11:30AM—FULL BAND MEET IN ASSIGNED AREA
12:00PM—Opening Ceremonies
1:00PM—Free Time (Shop, Exhibits, etc…)
2:00PM—Load Bus / Return to GHS / Change out of uniform
