SATURDAY, MARCH 7, 2009—SOLOS & ENSEMBLES
12:00PM Meet at GHS and load busses
12:45PM Leave for Warren Central High School
1:30PM Arrive at WCHS, unload and walk to warm-up area in auditorium.
2:00PM First scheduled event
5:00PM Load busses
5:20PM Depart for Glasgow
6:00PM Arrive at GHS and unload
*Our arrival time back at GHS is approximate!! It is contingent upon the festival schedule running on time. Students will call you on cell phones if it appears as though we will be any later.
*Please wear appropriate clothes that represent our program. You never get a second chance to make a first impression.
*You may be able to play early; check with your room monitor because there are always cancellations.
*Students have hopefully already paid their Solo and Ensemble Dues. The only other money they may need is money to eat from concessions provided by the Warren Central Band Boosters.
