Our beloved Scottie Band placed 4th at State competition on Saturday in Bowling Green.
They worked very hard, kept their focus, and played their very best performance of the year on the Finals field. We are so proud of the effort they put into this year and the focus they put into their performance. They have proven themselves once again as one of the very best band programs in the state!!!
A special thanks goes out to all of the Scottie Band parents and fans who came out and helped with the food, the uniforms, the props, the photography and the cheering support. All band programs require a lot of work and support from parents and the community members, and we are proud to say we have some of the best help around!
Upcoming events include concessions next Friday for the football playoffs, as well as the Kilted Christmas fundraiser. We will also be starting our fruit sales very soon. Marching Season may be over, but there is always work to do!
Once again,
CONGRATULATIONS SCOTTIE BAND!

Thanks!
Thanks to everyone for all your help at the TJ Samson Bowl! We made excellent sales in concessions and the evening went smoothly. Now it's time to start thinking about the Band Classic in September. If you haven't signed up for an assignment, please email our Presidents Ken and Tambra and they will find something for you to do that day! Even if you can only help for a few hours, every little bit helps!
